One Team, One Summer

A friend of mine bid farewell to our company after 7 years of working in a call center. What we did is planned a little summer getaway. We're supposed to go to Puerto Galera however, one of our friends is 8 months pregnant so the farthest we could go with her is Subic. We can't leave her behind 'coz she's the clown of the group.

We stayed overnight at All-Hands beach resort inside the freeport. Their villas are not that good and the service is poor. Sooobrang bagal. What's nice is that the villas are just beach front. Yun lang. I got myself a henna tattoo (Chinese character meaning Goodluck) and Vina, my other friend, got herself a butterfly henna tattoo.

(Fairy) Godmother again

He is my newest addition to my growing numbers of godchildren. Meet Enzo Jeremy. Isn't he so cute and adorable? I wish to have my own next year! *wink* *wink*

I arrived at the church around 11:40am, good thing the rites haven't started yet...still waiting for the priest. It was kinda hot and sunny yesterday so todo paypay ako sa church. Thanks to the industrial fans inside, gulo ang hairdo ko. LOL. Anyways, the baby's so cute. Chubby like me. When I carried him, he's kinda heavy for a two month old. Mommy Ethel said he's bigger than their panganay, Basty.

After the baptism, the reception was at "Gubat" restaurant...I haven't been in this place. Actually, I didn't know that this resto exist here in Angeles City. The place is somewhat exotic. Full of exotic animals I tell you. It's like it has a mini zoo inside their premise. There are alot of birds, from small birds to big birds like an ostritch! Oh, they have this Burmese Phyton too. Sooo big that it can swallow a whole chicken! My friend said they are serving exotic foods there too like snakes, bayawak, farm rats, frogs and a lot more. Friends and visitors are fascinated with the place.

Godmother again!

Oh yeah, for the Nth time, I'm gonna be a godmother again this saturday to one of my friend-officemate Ethel. And now, I don't know again what gift to give. Should I just give money? Nah, Mommy Ethel just gonna get the money! Bwahaha. I'll just probably buy something for the baby...something useful. Hmm, I wonder what that is? Well, I saw this set of Avent bottles last week while window shopping at the Infant's section at SM. My mom said they are gonna be useful for the baby OR this cute baby bouncer that vibrates and rock whenever you turn it on. Oh my... I hope I don't ruin my budget for the baby! c",)

Weekend at last!

I love weekends...I'm going to see my friends tonight and have a drinking session at my friend's house Reggie. She said she'll be buying a pizza. Actually this would be like a mini-despedida party for our friend Khyng as she will go back to U.S. this 25th... We'll surely gonna miss her again. I'm gonna post some pics tomorrow if I'm not too lazy to get up.

Oh, I'm gonna be having my hair rebonded tomorrow morning here in our house. I prefer home service kasi rather than stay at the salon for 8 hours. At least if I'm here in our house, I can pretty do whatever I wanna do and not get bored just sitting in a salon or parlor.

Snow World

, travelI know this post is kinda late but anyways, I still wanna share it...

Last December 22, my officemates & I went to Snow World at Star City. We had so much fun! There are coats provided by Star City but our friends who went before us suggested to bring our own jackets because there are alot of people na who wore the coats already. So I brought my Pink faux furry coat. Just imagine the temperature inside the Snow World, -15 degrees celcius! We were all freezing cold! Everything inside is surrounded by snow (frozen ice lang, LOL) and an Ice slide wherein you can play & slide with your friends.

We can't bear the coldness in our body so some of us decided to go out already. Upon checking out, I felt a sudden itch all over me includung my face. My gawd, I turned red and my cheeks got swollen too! I had an allergy pala due to the sudden change in temperature. Imagine, from negative15 degrees to 35 degrees... haay... Good thing after an hour or so, the redness just disappeared.

Sesame Street

I just came home from our friend's son's Sesame Street birthday party. Everything in the party was great. I get to see some of my high schoolmates too. Jane was there with Jon and finally I get to see her cute daughter Sophia. Yvette is with her husband Bishop and of course her two lovely daughters as well (Yvette, akin na lang si Beyonce'...LOL). I was with my other friends during the party kaya di na kami nakapagkwentuhan nina Jane & Yvette. I spent time with Ate Jenny and Reggie because I haven't seen them for quite some time na din.

You think all things there at the party are for kids only? I took home some of them. LOL.

Just dropping by...

It's almost 10pm already and still wide awake. Why? Because my friend Khyng dropped by our house with her husband Nicko to visit me. Well, we had a nice chat, reminiscing the old times. Tomorrow is her son's 1st birthday party so I better go to sleep now and have a beauty rest coz I haven't slept for more than 24 hours already.

The "KHYNG" has arrived!

Khyng is my/our friend since we were highschool but we became so close when we were in college. She's here and on vacation until January. Well, I'm so happy because the last time I saw her was during her despedida party (she went to US kasi...) last 2001! That looong!!! Yeah, she was still single then and now, she came with her family, Nicko, her husband and Adam, her baby.

This coming Sunday (December 9), she's gonna celebrate her baby's 1st birthday. I'm sure it'll gonna be all fun for the kids! I hope I have a baby na din. :-( ...... Oh well, maybe I'm just gonna have fun with my friend's babies. I'm gonna see Jane and Yvette there too. Jane's gonna be with Sophia while Yvette's gonna be with Bianchi and hopefully see her bunso, Beyonce'.

Last night...

I had a dinner date with my friend JP in one of the restos at SM Clark. Of course I ordered what I was craving for...Crispy pata and sisig! Too bad, they don't serve Banana split ice cream, I like it pa naman as my dessert. Anyways, I just ordered green mango with bagoong na lang to ease some of my cravings.

After our dinner, we went to Boom na Boom sa Clark, it's like a mini Star City. We tried one ride lang which is the Boomerang- their own version of rollercoaster. We don't want to try all the rides because we just ate and for fear, we might throw up. Hehehe

Yipee, it's my day-off tonight... Yes, you read it right, TONIGHT. I'm working as a Sales Agent Coach in a callcenter and I work from 12 midnight til 10 in the morning. Hah! Beat that! I've been doing this job for almost 7 years already. It's not that I love my job, I just need to love it in order for me to survive in this jungle. Jane's been my officemate before. Hay, it's just like we were playing then but now, it's a different story.

I'm gonna take a shower in a few because I'm meeting my best guy friend in a while at the mall. You know naman, guys hate to wait as if we're taking forever. He's leaving soon for Dubai so we might as well bond while he's still here.


I wonder where we're going... I told him I'm craving for crispy pata and ice cream. What a combination! LOL. Afterwards, we might go somewhere and have some coffee to end the night
